Wireless headphones with fabric/easily replaceable ear pads

Hello all! I'm searching for a birthday present for my wife. She likes her current pair of headphones (Edifer) okay, but the cheap faux leather material on the ear pads and headband has completely flaked off. For a replacement, I'm looking for something with more durable (fabric? genuine leather?) ear pads, or at least pads that can be more easily swapped out. She likes the "hybrid" format where she can listen wired at work and over Bluetooth on the bus ride home. Closed-back would be preferable, as again she works in an office setting. Budget would ideally be in the $100-$150 range, but could go higher. Thanks for any advice!
