Dyad free - Can you build entire app without upgrading?

Replit up'd it's prices and I plan to find a new tool to use. I havent downloaded Dyad and and I am currently researching what tool to use. Dyad seems cool off the rip but it seems like most products get you in saying it's free but then it quickly ends up costing lots of money when trying to develop a full app. Would love some feedback
