Septoplasty and rhinoplasty costs

Hi I’m a 35M and I live in NYC, USA. I’ve never had a surgery or any major medical procedures. However I’m getting a septoplasty soon, which will be covered by my insurance. I asked about also reducing the bone on my nasal bone because it looks like two bumps sticking out on each side of my nose. I’m seeing the plastic surgeon on Friday but I’m wondering how much I will end up paying for the cosmetic part if I do it. It will be one surgery with two surgeons. Anyone with the same experience? Also so they usually have payment plans or so? I’ll be doing it at NYU Langone. Thanks
