What’s An Easy (Besides Crafting) Gifts To Give

I just purchased for first time ever the $4.99 guild item that has four gifts. Is there a way to get gifts to give besides crafting them? The person who I gave them to is short on gems. You should easily get 25 gems plus an hour if you get most of your power levels 24 and above. Yes you can’t on Vulcepea and Mydnight.
