Is Bob Bipolar or Borderline?

In the movie Thunderbolts first i thought Bob was Bipolar because they mentioned her mothers mental illness and bipolar is a genetic disorder but than we have showned his dads abuse and that might be the cause of his mental ilness as well like borderline caused by traumatic experiences. When Bob explained himself like sometimes feeling perfect and like he can do everything and sometimes feels like there is a void in him, feels like nothing matters. This felts so relateble as a diagnised bipolar. But also it looked like his switches are short term like borderline instead of long terms like bipolar. Now i sarted thinking while writing, maybe he has both? Bipolar might make the burden of the trauma so much worse which could cause borderline. What do you guys think?
