Photo meetup, bring only the highlights?

Business

I'm considering attending a meetup that does feedback sessions, but am unsure of what to bring. I'd like to bring work that's the most successful, but also have less than perfect stuff that I feel has flaws that need to be articulated by another person more experienced.

My worry is that if I bring stuff that isn't great (to be fair I'm a crap photographer anyway), I'll get a reputation as that shit photographer who isn't worth spending time with. I'm pretty new and any connection or acquaintance is worth its weight in gold, so I don't want to burn any bridges due to any incompetence in skill level.

Which leads into my next concern. Most of my pictures on IG get 5 likes at the very most (only have 250ish followers) and 1-3 on average, so I don't know if I'm actually a good photographer. Is there a particular photography style I need to emulate in order to get a bigger following? I'm mostly interested in leveraging a larger social media presence in order to garner more reputation and the opportunities that come with it. At the moment I like to do artsy-like and some street, but am considering other avenues that are more attention-lucrative.

Thanks!
