Chances of pregnancy with 2 methods?

Recently, because of the changing political climate in the US, I have been so stressed about even a potential pregnancy— I have the Mirena IUD and my boyfriend doesn’t finish inside of me. I have him pull out for obvious reasons.

Does anybody know the likelihood of pregnancy with both having an IUD AND having him pull out to finish?

I have been so anxious every time we are done even though I know the chances have got to be so very low.

My boyfriend has a hard time finishing with condoms because of sensation loss as well…so if that’s the last and best option for safety when it comes to a combination, what are recommendations for that part as well.
