Got gut tension? (TMI post)

Something I’ve noticed after going number two and when I go to wipe sometimes is a bit of physical gut sensitivity that feels like there’s tension within my organs. It feels a little bit like a wringing out when I twist to wipe. And then even after/when I get up, it then kind of feels like a tingling sensation running from a little below my breast plate going down to my lower stomach. And kind of like an emptying of energy on my sides. I haven’t been constipated so you can rule that out.

I know this is highly detailed/odd. But I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and what it might be if you know or even have an educated guess.

It’s not bothersome just something I’m not really used to and it feels peculiar.
