How does PSA work? (Concentrix BGC)

Hello! Just got hired on the CNX BGC branch and binigay nila ‘yong PSA non-voice then Facebook daw. I’d like to ask if anong ginagawa sa account na ‘to? Nabasa ko kasi sa ibang posts, fraud daw then puro good luck hahahhwhw.

Can you please guys enlighten me how does PSA work and bakit may fraud comments?

Thank you so much!
