Minions Necro Resistance & Armor Cap .. but literally all maxroll builds...

Hey. Simple question. F.e. Minions Necro:

In maxroll guides there's always

"Armor Capped 1,000 Resistance Capped 75%+"

Than looking at the Ancestral / Mythic Variant and there is no way you are capped with this gear shown.
I double checked on this guide even with paragon 300; you are at 950 Armor and ~65% Resi ...

That applies to 9 out 10 guides at maxroll.

Sooo ~~~~ do you go Armor & Resistance cap nowdays? Or sacrificing all for glass canon dps builds?
I am confused and makes guides hard to follow ...
