Collector's Bounty should be permanently baked into Timewalking

It's been very rewarding to go into old raids and dungeons and get double the loot to make strong progress on collecting all the sets and appearances. The mount and legendary bonus % is a plus as well. It'd be great to see the double loot drops as a feature of time walking every time it comes around. I think it would really drive engagement with the old content every month from different expansions. Then especially during turbulent timeways. I'm curious to see how many more people are running old content right now.
