Best place to create a registry with links to different products on different stores

I was going to use the knot but unless I’m misunderstanding, it looks like you can only link to registries. I’ve been doing research about the best product to buy for each category I am interested in, and a lot of what I am wanting is one off things from the brands website. What is the best way to go about linking a bunch of one off products on different websites that don’t have a registry feature? I don’t want to just pick any random one over the one we are wanting just because it is on a website where you can make a registry. Any suggestions appreciated, thank u!!
