Psych wants to up my latuda again

Medication

I've been working with my psychiatrist trying to get my positive symptoms under control and a few weeks ago she upped my latuda from 80mg to 100mg but I was so tired that I ended up going back down to 80mg after about 4-5 days. This morning she told me we should go back up to 100mg and split the dose (80mg at bed, 20mg in the morning). Has anyone had success with this before? I still experience symptoms on 80mg but it's not even close to what it was. But it seems to work for about a week and then my symptoms come back (not as bad as before but still there). Im a lot better on this medication but I can't do the sedation. I'm still on a low dose of olanzapine (we're working on getting me off it slowly) so I'm going to try to decrease it in a few days which will hopefully offset the side effect but I'm worried that I'll still be needing a nap in the afternoon. I'm now in a position in my schedule to try this but I really don't want to end up being so tired again. I'm chronically ill/disabled already so fatigue is part of my life as it is. I've had no other side effects on this drug so this sucks.
