The Ballet School

My child has been taking PRE-BALLET for about 3++ years at a local classical ballet school. She was invited to ballet 1 and while we would love to stay - - - the schedule isn't workable (2x a week during office hours - - who schedules these things?!) For now, TBS is the only one with a schedule that would work for me.

Ballet 1 in TBS is once a week - - nonetheless, I see clips of their performances of their advanced students and their technique seems solid.

We love our current ballet school -- the faculty is great (actual pros/company dancers if not trainees), families are amazing and the admin is supportive but unless we can figure out the drop off, I might have to move my kid.

Can anyone share their experience with TBS?? How's the faculty? How are the families? I like that we will have access to multiple genres without being in competition studio but really need to think hard about leaving such a good ballet school with exceptional foundational technique. Maybe I should say - -we're "minorities" so I'm not sure about the mix of kids in TBS. Our current school has a good diversity overall.
