Help with HDD

I recently received a Sharkoon QuickDeck Pro with a 3TB HDD, but the HDD is not being recognized. The HDD is receiving power, and I’ve already tried it with a working drive, but it still doesn’t show up in Disk Manager. It’s also not recognized on another PC.
Can someone please help me?
