How do I get my money back from NTA

Last year, I had filled the CUET form, for which there had been double payments.

I had written a mail to nta last year. Escalated the matter with phone pe too.

But all in vain. Its from an HDFC account

Can someone please help me with it pls?

Also, I have one such refeund from pepe jeans, have the transaction number from the company's end but never got the refund in account. Can someone explain this if you know!!
