Need help getting template hammer

I use syntac's vanilla with sprinkles one of the features is auto engrams. Even though I'm at the right level it didn't unlock the template hammer engram. Does anyone know the command to spawn in a template hammer. I don't know if this matters but I play on console (Xbox series x).
