Anyone Else Having Trouble With Disguises?

Yesterday I started a new town and only played just long enough to get to Stros M'kai. For some reason the Sea Drakes disguise is not disguising me around them. I've never had this happen with any of my other toons who have been there.

When I have time to play again tomorrow I'll try it with others and see if it's broken for them, too, but in the meantime I figured I'd ask y'all. If others are also dealing with it that will answer the question that much sooner. Anyone else having this problem?
