The shits...

I (22f) just started taking my diazoxide prescription to manage my hypoglycemia. I had 50mg yesterday and the doctor told me to have 150mg today. I have had a runny stomach this afternoon only after having had 1 pill (so now in total only 200mg).

Any tips on how to manage this? Doc says I'll get used to it but I have my graduation ceremony tomorrow God willing so really hoping I won't have an upset tummy then lol
