IDR forbearance?

I am at 111 payments. I submitted a payment plan request in October, 2 weeks before I was told I did not need to do that. Nothing happened until the end of April, when I was placed into a 60-day administrative forbearance. I was approved for IDR and then put back into forbearance. I spoke to a representative who informed me that the pending payment plan request was holding up the process. I cancelled this - and about a week later got a new notification I was in IDR, but no payments due until November.

April 2025 is marked as ineligible due to forbearance.
June and July of 2024 are also marked as ineligible due to forbearance (during Mohela's mandatory processing period).

Yet again, I am on a 2+ hour wait with Mohela "advanced" to try to figure out how/why I owe nothing until November, and all accounts are marked as $0 due for my monthly payment.

Any suggestions or ideas on what I can do to make sure I don't delay my 120 payment milestone?

Am I in paid-ahead status? Any way to verify this?
