Black sludge clogging me construction home

I have a new home that I finished this year and Ive had to remove and clean out the bathroom sink drain three times to remove the black sludge that keeps clogging it. No other drains in the house seem to be affected and I’m wondering if that’s normal for a while until the lines clear out or if I should have my plumber come back out to do something about it?
