Season 3 DLC Pass worth it?

I've been playing in the same save for the last month or so. I started with no DLCs, progressed until I constructed the Worlds Fair and then decided to buy the Season 2 DLC pass. I then continued playing until I felt I had seen everything, and repeated with Seasons 1 and 4.

Now that I have fulfilled every need to my population and I have seen all the content of said DLCs I'm thinking about doing the same with DLC 3.

Is it worth it? or should I start saving for Anno 117?
