deleted profile appearing online, I imagine it's clash of clans or something connected

A few years ago I linked my Facebook account to Clash of Clans, nowadays they no longer have this option, but I think the permissions are still there, I saw that when opening a linked game, this can make it appear on the friends list that I am online on Facebook, my profile is in a deletion period, but out of nowhere it appears that I am online, I imagine it is because of Clash of Clans? Is it possible? My girlfriend suspects that I blocked her and that I am cheating on her.
