2023 2.7 issues?

Looking at a used 2023 F150 STX w/ the 2.7. Just below 18k miles. Any issues or flags that I should look out for?

I used to have a 2014 XLT which was a fantastic truck, but it commonly gave me issues with the 4WD IWE actuators after I put a leveling kit on it. I might’ve caused those problems w/ the level but I replaced them multiple times. This 2023 truck has a 3” lift so I wondered how prevalent the IWE issues are in the 23s.
