wearable fidget toy recommendations??

Context:

Desperate at this point. I kinda need a fidget toy to function properly. I've tried other fidget toys but if they're not wearable they end up sitting in the box where i leave all my fidget toys, never to be used. I had a ring with BALLS on it, that was my favorite and i loved it but obviously i lost it. I've looked on amazon but the BALLS on the ones on amazon are too small and the never fully satisfied feeling doesnt goes away with them.

My preferences (not necassary but i would love it if it included one of these things):

I prefer textured things i just love the extra stimulation, it thins me out the most (hence why ive never gone for the spinny rings).

I would LOVE something that clicks, or something that feels like a click to grab my attention.

something completely satisfying, no minor inconveniences with it

Bottom line:

it doesn't even need to necessarily wearable, but if it's small and can easily be pulled out of a pocket, then that's a go for me. If you're like me and you found something that works for you, please help a girl out!! Thanks in advance!!
