Input delays

Has anybody expirienced input delays? You move ur mouse and it only moves 1 second after. This prob only happens on low end PCs but I'd like to know if theres any solutions. I also can't tell if this is a Roblox problem or a Tanmk problem, but I believe its the latter because of the recent graphics updates (they really need to update the graphics settings for more customisation 🙏🏻).
