Best Investments as of July 2025?

I recently hit on the Pokémon Center Prismatic ETB’s and managed to get two of them. I know that they’re very good investments if I can wait for a couple of years, but truth be told I can’t sit still for that long. I debated trading for an Evolving Skies ETB with some cash, but decided it has less growth potential, but I’m wondering if there is anything that I should be looking to acquire that could be better than the PC ETBs. What are y’all are looking at these days?
