How can I get out of tutorial hell

I started learning react 4 months back I learned js and a month back started learning react but even after watching 7 hours of tutorial my hold on topics is not clear I learned react js basics like usestate, effect, context api, useref, conditional rendering and like basic stuff but still I don't feel confident I can't recall how context api works but when I watch tutorial it feels like ohhh I know this I learned that already. I created a project but with help of ChatGPT made some basic things on my own but for complex things gpt helped so how to get of this
