Do Sorcerers 4th class get any mobility skill?

I started playing LATAM right now as an RK, but quickly changed to Sura, because the gameplay seemed more dynamic.

I've noticed that classes with multiple resources like Sura, Biochemist and Sorcerer are really appealing to me.

After I level my Sura I'm thinking about leveling a Sorcerer but the low mobility really bugs me.

Do Sorcerers 4th class get faster? Does anyone knows if both Sorcerer and it's 4th class become meta, like top in the top 3 strongest classes, at any point?
