Can 120V/30A be converted to 240V easily?

Let me preface this by saying I have no intention to mess with this myself, I just want get an idea of what my options are before I reach out to an electrician.

We have some computers in a rack. They're currently powered by 120V AC (although their PSUs all support 240v input) Existing PDU is APC AP7932. PDU plug is L5-30P.

What would be involved for an electrician to rewire this setup for a 240V PDU? We want to replace some of them with higher powered machines which will require 240V input. Could a wire be moved on the electrical panel easily (assuming capacity is there) to replace the existing L5 outlet with an L6?
