rainy weather

Hi, me and my brother are visiting prague for 3 days next week, 14th-16th and the weather seems to have taken a bad turn with lots of rain, all our plans were based around the outdoors, does anyone have any ideas of things we can do instead / will the rain be that bad? thanks
