Open Path Collective Experience?

I am considering joining Open Path Collective to add some extra income and I’m curious to hear from others who have worked with them. What has your experience been like? Was it worth your time? How/When does it pay out? Anything to look out for? I have found very minimal information on the therapist side of the aisle. Any information would be helpful! Thank you in advance!
