Going from worst to best:

Nokk-I think they killed her with removal of silent step, if used correctly then bottom of B high C but no one uses her correctly. Guns mid

Amaru-Worst entry fragger don’t @ me but seriously no utility and loud sound que. only good thing is lmg

Lion-maybe a controversial ranking, but I don’t like his guns fire rate and the scan is not what it was in its prime. Secondary gadgets mid

IQ-she fell off so hard even though her guns are good, there’s just so many better picks and you can literally ping gadgets. I honestly think the ability to yellow ping gadgets is what killed her. I could see why people would rate her higher cuz good guns and three speed but there’s better options

Thorn-I don’t play her enough anymore, just think she’s situational, there’s some ways to setup up traps for “guaranteed” kills but that’s would mean you have to use all 3. They are basically loud proximity mines that are one time use that COULD kill but overall she’s mid. Totally could see why people put her at B but there’s better options.

Thunderbird-docs better but she’s might move up a ranking now that her Kona’s can’t heal enemies lmk where you would put her

Alibi-they need to buff her clones to wear cosmetics, and her guns so good, but for the average player she’s not meant for them. She’s S if you’re a fragger but utility is underwhelming.

Pulse-relies on you having good comms and you can’t have your gun up and ready all the time in my opinion the trade off isn’t worth it plus loud sound que for scanner. If you play valk you bring more info for the team. Guns underwhelming shotgun underrated though.

Grim-this one controversial, I literally never play him and I never die to him either. Don’t know enough and even in high elo haven’t had to much to worry about him. Lmk where you would rate him

Zofia-in her prime she would be S. She’s slow now, can’t withstand, and her launcher doesn’t act the same way that ashes does. Lmg is nerfed and the AR got nerfed as well. I might be being harsh but it all adds up to her being below avg

Jackal-you only get one ping now. I could see why people put him higher for guns alone, but I’d play Deimos for more info

Mozzie-Roni used to be better and he used to have super shortie. Now he can’t setup sight and in high elo people just avoid pest (which I get is the point for anti drone, but just play mute then because he can setup sight.)

Sens-situational, I think they buffed the ops kit but i don’t play her enough. The better pick would be Ying because she has smokes and can energy frag or play support for plant.

Glaz-part of me wants to put glaz in S but ik nobody plays him right and the DMR is ok. Situational and he’s definitely hard to rank because of the skill ceiling.

Monty-also situational and with the new shield bash he can’t play post plant as great anymore and I know some people will say you need to play more aggro, but that’s what blitz is for.

Caveira-if youre in low ranks she’s S, if you’re in high ranks people will hear you no matter what, and you should just bring vigil for better roam. Hes anti info and better loadout. She def has a high skill ceiling in high rank. But no utility.

Blitz-he’s ok and if you can play him how’s he’s supposed to (map control, take space, roam clear,) then he moves up to B or even A. No utility.

Thermite-outdated and I don’t like his AR. Doesn’t have ranged breach. There no skill ceiling with him either. He’s mid. Only plus is big hole 😂

Frost-after nerf she’s not as good obviously, her kit is good though with secondary shorty and acog (which she’s losing acog soon) there’s like maybe 3 defensive sites where she’s S otherwise bring lesion for better trap op and kit to setup site.

Skopos-I don’t play her enough and it seems like she’d be good and her gun has no recoil, however the switch from bot to bot is SO loud and I honestly don’t know where to rate so lmk

Aruni-I think B is a good place to put her. She’s average, she has DMR and passive punch for rotates. Her gates are a decent alternative to wamai or jager while also serving other purposes. Does she have an amazing kit, no. 2 speed with DMR not much else to say.

Tachanka-he’s actually really good but I’d pick smoke over him because with smoke you don’t have to switch between a whole different gun to use your gadget. LMG is ok slow fire rate but can make a lot of rotates. Smoke has better kit in my opinion and serves same purpose better.

Oryx-great loadout. He’s a fragger on defensive and he’s an average op. Just depends who’s using him to frag. It’s the same thing as Alibi except he can jump up hatches which makes him more versatile

Melusi-probably should put her higher, but idk you guys tell me. Her gadgets good but I don’t play her a lot anymore. Seems average to me

Wamai-idk why people stopped playing him again just cuz he doesn’t have acog. The aug is good on defense. I’m only putting him in average because his gadget doesn’t fully destroy it just redirects.

Kapkan-gun is average gadget is average no more c4. People will always inevitably die to his traps and with the gas pipes introduced he gets a buff so I think he average or maybe higher

Goyo-gun so good gadget is ok. He has a lot of utility but at the same time it ALWAYS gets used against me. It’s 50/50 if he helps or hurts the teams if with great placement.

Both recruits-underated but still average, simple and decent load outs. Having great combos with secondary gadgets is really nice. versatile and I think striker is better

Gridlock-nomads better imo. Her gadgets creates a lot of sound that I think can be used as a benefit or also a drawback when deploying, same with ram but I think ram is better when it comes to sound benefits and executes. Gridlocks guns are average, well maybe f90 is underrated but idk.

Twitch-guns insanely good but has high skill ceiling, gadget is outdated imo. Better operators like brava but I get why people choose her for gun.

Maverick-one of the most unique operators and has a high skill ceiling. M4 is decent, has good secondary gadgets. The torch is good and can be used for more than hard breach. I don’t think he need to be brought on every site though which makes him kinda situational?

Echo-drones are not what they used to be but he has some unique abilities like denying plants. Mp5 is always decent. He’s decent

Ella-stuns are mid tbh she’s a fragger on defense. Impacts, guns crazy, but if you’re trying to win there will be better picks.

Ying-one of the best entry fraggers who can also play support and has crazy amount of ammo and fast reload. Slow firerate is a negative tho. Only putting average because candelas don’t always blind as much as they used to and don’t blind for as long.

Capitaio-guns decent, gadget is really good for executes on some sites to flush power positions or breach. High skills ceiling just gotta be creative and coordinated with him. If you’re solo you’re not able to take advantage of him imo.

Finka-pretty straightforward average op maybe should go a rank up for all the benefits she brings but I think she’s average.

Castle-guns average barricades aren’t as strong as they used to be, certain sites he’s S, idk this one feels contraversial but he does have super shorty. I lowkey just hate the UMP especially since they are gonna remove acog from him.

Rook-everything in my brain tells me rook should suck, he’s a 1 speed with utily that increases health in a game with 1 shot headshot, and yet he has one of the highest win rate. Even my personal win rate with Rook is insanely high I don’t get it. He has impacts and mp5 acog so he’s average on the tier list but honestly I don’t understand why’s he’s good but I think he is good.

Deimos-putting him near top of B because he’s a good roam clear and the pistols pretty good and his kit is decent. he gives his position away when he scans and is forced to pistol but still gives great info. 1 thing keeping him in average in my opinion is having to scan operators which means most likely giving up a drone in the process but not all the time.

Warden-does everyone remember when we hated Warden? Comeback story fr. He’s average and even above average now. Has shotgun and smg12 plus can hold power positions without getting flashed. Has deployable shield and c4.

Solis-more intuative IQ on defense. Guns are average and kits decent overall. I think the nerfs hit her hard.

Iana-infinite info and I love the ARX and I get why people like the g36 as well. High skill ceiling with clones and I think I may have under-ranked her.

Sledge-I pick buck for most sites. His gun is decent though and for the vertical play where you can use him instead of buck he’s good. I think ash is better pick as well for gadget clear because range.

Fuze-insane utility clear and one of the best guns in the game plus hard breaches and other gadgets. He is one speed on attack though :(. I probably under ranked him though nonetheless.

Flores-also decent utility clearer and decent guns. But there’s a lot of drawbacks to his gadget. Hes stationary and vulnerable when using drones. Drones can be shot.

Fenrir-even with the “nerfs” (which was kinda a buff) he’s great and mp7 so good. Can give a lot of info. Bailiff is plus

Tubs-gadget made. i don’t really care for the kit though

Vigil-I think bosg and smg12 combo is so powerful. 3 speed acog and anti info can waste so much attacker time. Plus impacts.

Clash-she’s so much more versatile now. We’ll see how she pans out though

Jager-I don’t understand the jager hate. I think the gun is still great and the gadget still works for so many power positions.

Kaid-has slug shotty for sight setup or aug which imo is slept on. The electroklaws are great anti wall and has c4.

Doc-best healer mp5 acog but what puts him above rook is baliff and barbed wire

Brava- with the amount of utility on defense she is so powerful. I like her guns and kit overall. Kludges are so good and there’s so many hacks.

Maestro-needs to be used more. LMG is great. THREE BULLETPROOF CAMS. Are you kidding. Can possibly deny plant. Can setup site.

Zero-great guns three speed and so many cams. The amount of info that you can get with him is insane but average player won’t play him right.

Nomad-best flank/runout watch, has flashes and has ARX which is my go to.

Kali-maybe controversial but i think her utility is so good, can destroy Mira’s, castles, and anything bulletproof. She’s like an ash with so many more charges plus can help with wall plus has gun that one shots to the chest and has a great smg. Smoke and claymores are great secondary gadgets as well can play support.

Hibana-great gun although low ammo count like ARX. Gadget is a ranged hardbreach that can be used for so many hatches and or wall. 3 speed. She definitely deserves A and needs to be played more

Ram-R4C and one of the best vertical play options plus makes so much sound for executes and has great secondary gadgets. Only negative is she’s slow.

Ash-ranged utility clear and great guns and 3 speed. Can play vert with breach charges or entry frag, can even play with claymores for roam clear and flank watch. Only problem is no one plays her correctly in low and mid tier ranks and they just want to run and gun

Buck-quick switch from gun to utility, ranged soft breach and versatile. Has good secondary gadgets and is 2 speed.

Thatcher-I honestly think Kali is better now butttt, EMPS are still powerful and he has a good gun and kits, they need to go back to the EMP destroying equipment instead of disabling. Maybe even bring back smg12

Mira-if her mirrors were still smack proof like the old days she’d be S. She’s still is so unique and changes up defensive sites drastically. Great gun and gadget and can setup site.

Azami- similar to Mira in the sense that she changes up sites drastically but she has way more portly to use especially as the round goes on. Has impacts and 2 decent guns. Even after nerfs she’s busted.

Dokk-Smg 12 is so good, but she has the ability to create loud sound queues on attack basically making it so you don’t have to drone. Having a hard time roam clearing? Call. Having a hard time entry fragging? Call. Having a hard time droning? Call. Can speed up attacking so much. Sure she can’t do it immediately anymore but it’s still so powerful. Oh and guess what, if you successfully roam clearing which her gadget makes easy. You can hack all defender cams for insane info.

Lesion-can setup site with shorty, has basically infinite sound queue traps, 2 speed with great gun. And great secondary gadgets. Might be overtaking here but I don’t even play him that much and I think he’s just so easy to play.

Mute-both smoke and mute have the best loadouts in the game. Mutes gadgets is so versatile. 4 jammers. Antiwall and anti info. Plus he has c4 for plants. The shotgun is so good so is smg11. I mean cmon.

Valk-if she could throw her cams outside still she’d be S++. The cams are so versatile in the sense you can place them ANYWHERE. So creative and MPX is an amazing weapon no recoil high fire rate. Has c4 to combo with info and the cams can be used after death unlike pulse scanner.

Smoke-the most versatile defender in the game when it comes to gunfights. Reiterating best loadout in the game. Shotgun to play close and setup sites/create angles. Smg11 for range. Can waste SO MUCH time with smokes, and deny area/plants. Is a 2 speed. Has barbed wire to pair with power position play and sound queues. Can do it all.

Ace-the best gun and ranged breacher plus claymores. Best combo on attack can play support and drag and can plant.
