Planning to buy a 30 sqm commercial lot (subdivided lot) in Taguig City at 21k/sqm total lot price 630k, is it reasonable?

Hi! ✨ My fiancé and I are planning to buy a subdivided lot in Taguig City, specifically in Palingon Tipas.

We found a 30 sqm subdivided lot priced at 21,000 per sqm. We would like to know if this is a reasonable price. Check the FJ’s Services (the green house logo)

By the way, we currently have a townhouse in Cavite, which we financed through Pag-IBIG. We still have a monthly payment of about 6,000 and 10 years left on the loan.

Next year is our wedding, and we would prefer to live in Metro Manila since we both work in BGC, Taguig.

We plan to rent out our townhouse in Cavite and look for property here in Metro Manila.

We’re uncertain whether to rent first or buy a lot to invest in. We are middle-class workers, earning a combined income of 60,000 per month.
