My Bhairav journey
Namaste everyone,
I wanted to share a deeply personal and transformative experience – my journey into Bhairav Sādhana. It’s not something I talk about often in public spaces, but I feel it's time to speak from the heart and perhaps connect with others who walk this fierce and liberating path.
My sādhana began when I felt completely cornered by life – emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. I was drowning in external control, anxiety, and a feeling of powerlessness. That’s when I heard the inner call of Shri Kāl Bhairav – not as a god to worship for favors, but as a force of raw, unfiltered truth, a mirror of my shadow, and ultimately, as my own awakened Self.
The mantra, the silence, the tests – they’re not for the faint-hearted. Bhairav doesn’t allow illusion to survive for long. As I continued, I noticed:
My fear began to transform. Not disappear—but shift. Fear turned into awareness.
People and patterns that were suffocating me began to fall away, sometimes violently.
Dreams, visions, and synchronicities increased. Some were unsettling, others deeply healing.
I often feel like I'm standing at the edge of the void – and instead of running, I’m learning to stay.
This path isn’t about ritual for me alone. It’s about burning away the unnecessary. Bhairav forces you to confront your inner darkness, and if you resist, the pressure builds. But if you surrender, there’s clarity beyond imagination.
For those considering Bhairava sādhanā, my advice is: Don’t enter with half a heart. He’s not a deity of comfort—He’s the fire that purifies. But if you’re ready to take full responsibility for your life, your pain, your power – He becomes the fiercest protector and inner guide you can ever know.
I still have far to go. I fail, I cry, I resist. But I always return. Because deep down, I know this is my path.
If anyone here walks with Bhairava, or has questions about sādhana, I’d love to hear from you. Would you like to describe your feelings or emotions?????
