Any way to get the hex codes of bead colours?

I'm trying to design some fringe earrings and I can't seem to find software specifically for that purpose. I decided to use a template and draw on it using my android tablet. It's a decent method but I'm just wondering if there exists some tool that can give me the hex codes for bead colours? I'm using Toho beads. The other option I guess would be to take a photo and use the eyedropper lol. I just want to get a feel for different colour combos before I commit to making a piece with them.
