Post-op irrigating?

Hi everyone! I just got my bottom wisdom teeth removed yesterday, and it has been almost 24 hours since. I am well aware that I should be rinsing my mouth with warm salt water soon, but I was wondering if I need to do any irrigating? For context, I was given dissolvable stitches and wasn't given a syringe for irrigation (though I already have some from having to irrigate the small pocket that my impacted wisdom tooth made when it started growing out of my gum). My post-op instructions also do not mention irrigating and only mention mouth rinses. All advice is greatly appreciated!
