questions about positive tests

I just tested positive for gonorrhea. I got the typical tests (rectal, throat and urine - they just typically give us all the tests at the clinic I go to). However, the weirdest part is that they all came back as positive. However, I am a top and haven't bottomed in years. Why would my rectal swab come back as positive. I am confused lol. Can someone explain this?
