Bots Vs Online

Hi all,

I just started playing a few weeks ago (at the grandpa age of 35). I started out playing the bots on chess.com to fit it into a busy schedule. I have been able to beat all of them up to the 1400 rated level. Now when I go online and try to queue into a blitz game (3 mins) to accommodate a busy schedule I find I'm frequently getting blown out at the 200 rated level.

Can someone help me understand this massive disparity? I don't mind being a noob but I don't understand how there's such a gap
