Best areas in delhi

I want to start my own business, and I am looking for a place in delhi where I can find strong opportunities to network with ambitious, like-minded people and build a startup. Since I am not from Delhi, I am not very familiar with the local areas. That's why I'm looking for a college located in a place where I can easily connect with entrepreneurial communities and be surrounded by people who can inspire and challenge me, both inside and outside the college environment. Which college would be the best choice for this?
