Does the Wi-Fi stop working?

Does the Wi-Fi stop working in these bulbs sometimes? I ask because I have about 20 bulbs and since the downtime that they had a week or two ago seven will not reconnect. My others are fine but seven of them will not reconnect and just to try something, I bought some Amazon basic bulbs and they connected with no problem whatsoever. So does the Wi-Fi sometimes just stop working? I know I had some Sengled Bluetooth bulbs a few years back and they stopped working. They would not connect to Bluetooth so I switched to all Wi-Fi and now I’ve got like seven that will not connect to Wi-Fi anymore.
