Ticket prices seem crazy

Just saw an announcement that they are playing in a smaller venue in Dallas in October and tickets for GA are $78! I can't believe it. I saw Death Cab at the same venue maybe two years ago and I think the GA prices were like half of that. It just seems crazy.
