What type of visual mods should I be able to run at a stable 60fps?

I currently use alot of visual mods such as:

Skyland AIO, Skyland bits and bobs, Rudy HQ, Cathedral Landscapes and alot of 2k textures for armor and weapons

But I have always had issues with lighting mods. Idk which one to use and what my settings should be if I want a stable 60fps all the time. Please help
