Where to get pure ethyl alcohol fuel / “culinary solvent”; also known as “bio ethanol fuel” /tabletop torch fuel -NOT tiki or oil based fuels w/bug repellents?

I’m really surprised I can’t find this anywhere. I’m not looking for denatured alcohol to be clear as that’s illegal to retail in California and I would also prefer a less unhealthy fuel. I need this to be a clean burning source of fuel for a small alcohol/spirit lamp. I cannot use oil based fuels, fuels with bug repellent, or regular rubbing or isopropyl alcohol as I need something that doesn’t produce soot. Tiki brand can’t be used. I am using it for wax jewelry work.

Unfortunately 150 proof ever clear is also illegal to retail in California.

I’m hoping someone who makes tinctures or something would know. Thanks
