Successor chapter kitbash legality

Does this read as a Judiciar ?

More seriously, the second picture shows the actual Judiciar proxy. I've been having fun pimping my army as thoroughly as possible while trying to remain within loadout legality (the Invictor's giant sword would be for pure aesthetics/to be proxied as a Dreadknight in my small GK list) but i would love externals viewpoints and input into what works and what wouldn't.

For instance, the Primaris crusaders/GK kitbash could pass as Assault Intercessors or not ?

(Their chainswords are gk power swords outfited with chain-teeths if it doesn't show clearly enough in the pictures). I aimed to be able to run them as gk interceptors too in the GK army.

For the rest, the Assault Intercessor/regular Intercessor's sergeants' halberds are strictly decorative, supposed to highlight where the power fists are ingame.

The bannered terminator is supposed to be either a termie captain or a Kaldor Draigo proxy.

The lieutenant supposedly fields a legal loadout (power weapon + storm shield + volkite pistol).

The metal mini with the axe is Calgar's old mini repurposed as a Deathwing Knight sergeant. (i have two DWK squads unpainted, i lacked one body used for the Draigo proxy) Is the Great Weapon of the Unforgiven still clearly indentifiable as one ?

The paintjob is still in process, i've started painting in the last months on/off, there's still a lot of work on most pieces, apart maybe from the assault inter squad + judiciar that are getting there.

Coteaz is heavily modified, but i hope he is still legal.

As a DA successor chapter in the Imperium Nihilus, i thought i could draw from multiple influences (kind of an isolated space marine force that united fragments of several chapters under the main guidance of a DA splinter, hence BT/GK/SWolves bits). Does that work broadly lore-wise ? I know having GK bits with BT crosses is pure heresy on so many levels, but i hope the red/white pattern somewhat offsets that.

GK influence might be the trickiest to justify in-lore, even if the era indomitus sees them exit secrecy somewhat.
