After putting in the initial groundwork for the last two weeks with repeated daily structured training, targeted defoliation, and a clean lolli-popping, my plant is now in full stretch and she’s thriving. I’ve designed her canopy to be wide and even, maximizing light distribution across every top. The lower third of the plant's growth has been completely stripped to eliminate larf sites and redirect energy to the upper growth where it matters. Airflow is clean and plentiful, light penetration is able to reach deep, and the plant is responding exactly how I want.

She’s stretching aggressively now, node spacing is ideal, and each main is surging upward with uniform vigor. The leaf posture is textbook fully praying and a deep, healthy green confirming that the environment and feed regimen are locked in. No signs of stress, no clawing, no burn just balanced growth. I’ve built the structure to support big flowers, and now it’s all about maintaining canopy control, maybe a light leaf strip mid-stretch if needed to prevent crowding.

At this point, all the foundational work is done. The plant is set up to stack hard and efficiently. I am very excited to see how this plant finishes as this is the first time I can actually say I'm seeing the results of training in a noticeable way, it's cool and makes me want to try more techniques!

*Thanks for checking out my plant.*
