Help me decide between [ MBP 14" M2 Max + iPad Pro 13" M4 ] & MBP 16" M4 Max

Greetings Beautiful people

I am a film Designer and Asst. AD [ India ] , Using Rhino 8 , Photoshop and Midjourney .

I need help and suggestion , as per my Budget , I have 2 options -

Option 1 - I found an opened box unused MBP 14" M2 Max 1 TB 32 GB . Battery health at 97% . with apple care till 2026 which is next year though . he is willing to sell it for 1.7 Lacs and I need an iPad Pro 13 " 1TB Nano Texture Too which goes around 2.3 Lacs . for its portability and also self teach myself Procreate and showcase Clients with my works .

Option 2 - Buy an MBP 14" M4 Max 2TB , 64GB , 40 Cores with nano Texture glissando 1 year apple warranty - 4.25L & without Nano Texture glass 4.13L .

When it comes to tools , I won't be always using Rhino 8 , only when it is needed .
I have a MBP 15" 2019 1TB 16gb , Photoshop lags like hell , and almost its been 6 years and thinking off selling it off .

Now Could u guys help me come up with a decision ?
