French classes that place an emphasis on speaking and listening skills? (Budget is around 7-8k)

Hey guys! I'm an incoming freshman at SCMS, hoping to be productive with my time. So I thought I'd gain certification in French.

I've studied it for two years in high school for HSC, but I'm severely deficient in the speaking and listening skills. We were just trying to get through the syllabus and do enough for exams, and I really regret it now.

I think I'll have to start with an A1. My main concerns are:

1. Being a little too old for A1 (I know people of all background study it, but I feel like I'd be a little insecure if I was the oldest person in the class)
2. Finding a class that guarantees a focus on speaking and listening skills, not just grammar and writing. I'd be wasting all the money otherwise.
3. My budget is a little low. Maybe 7-8k per level? So alliance francaise is out of the question.

Also, the location might matter a little. I live 5 kms from vimannagar and I'd really prefer the class to be closer so that I can manage my workload once college begins. Online classes are okay too, but I'd prefer online just so I can be more serious.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd be really grateful!
