Nearly non existent testosterone levels, Hemoglobin F at 28 years old, and Oval shaped blood cells.

Physician Responded

I’m coming here to see if any doctors happen to know anything or have seen anything like my case.

After an extremely comprehensive blood panel, my new Nurse Practitioner (my town doesn’t have doctors outside of our shrinking hospital.) found that I have the LOWEST testosterone levels for a woman she had ever seen. Basically it can barely be registered. The way she put it to me was that my Estrogen was eating what little testosterone my body could produce, thus killing my energy levels, not allowing me to gain weight or muscle.

I also have Hemoglobin F and oval shaped blood cells.

I’m 28 years old, a cis woman, I have PCOS, and I was born with Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome.

I have a hematology appointment scheduled but it’s gonna take a while. I just want to see if anyone knows anything about this and if it’s normal for someone like me. From best case scenario to worst case scenario.

Thank you, I wish you nothing but money.
