Perks

Hey guys I'm new to Dead By Daylight (Only lvl 4) and was wondering how do I get perks on one killer like Michael Myers and give it to All killers? I saw one post on prestiging but can I use blood points to automatically prestige them or is there a faster way to get perks on all killers?
